Atlanta, GeorgiaNovember 10, 2003-

Mbadiversity.com, a new one-stop portal for the MBA market, has aligned with top business schools to become the premiere website for minority MBAs.

"As current and prospective MBA students, we see an opportunity to fill a niche within the MBA market. The site is a means to focus on the positive aspects of diversity in the upper echelons of education and American business." Keisha Dawn Entzminger, the founder of the community portal, states.

Recently, the site hosted its first Fireside Chat with The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. Ms. Kristine Laca, Director of Admissions, and current Tuck students answered questions in the interactive chatroom for prospectives. The topics discussed ranged from admissions information to the upcoming diversity weekend at the school and recruiter statistics.

The forum and chatroom draws the most traffic on the site. "MBADiversity.com's forum is a great resource for information sharing, networking, and community building. It makes it much easier to brave this difficult application process when I know that there are other upwardly mobile young people of color going through the same thing, states Marquis Parker, the companys Director of Marketing.

The Resource Center, a comprehensive knowledge-base tailored for prospective minority applicants is slated to launch this week. Companies like BschoolEssays.com and Accepted.com have contributed essay and interview advice. Many of the top business schools and foundations have also donated valuable resources and advice to the upcoming center.

The feedback has been positive, and were humbled. Building relationships with our partners and adding value to the site for our members is our main focus. Ms. Entzminger states. The site has much potential. Working with Matt Desmond, our web developer, has been a great experience. Were pacing ourselves and pinpointing key alliances to ensure the site reaches its objectives as a one-stop portal.

Mbadiversity.com is owned and operated by TMR Group, Inc., a non-profit organization founded in 2003. K.D. Entzminger has worked for various companies including Victoria Secret Catalogue and Ford Motor Company. She also served on Ford's Diversity and Worklife Committee for the New York region. The Executive Board is also comprised of Marquis Parker, Luis Pujols, and Robert Parham, professionals from various top companies and business schools in the nation.
